We make investment recommendations after we’ve learned about you through our Discovery Process. We educate you on the choices we recommend so the decisions you make are fully informed. This aligns our interests with yours.
Investment and planning services are charged on a fee only basis (fee schedules below). We do not accept commissions of any sort on investments we recommend. However, unrelated to client investing, we do receive fees from our specialty partner M&A firms on business owner referrals we make to them that are successfully sold.
We take a long-term view. We build client relationships that last decades or lifetimes. We begin by satisfying initial client needs and the relationship naturally evolves and expands over time. We’re selective in the clients we work with to be sure that we can provide the long-term benefit they expect.

Includes: Client discovery, wealth planning, investment research, public and private manager access, custom allocation design, ongoing client meetings, daily performance reporting, operational Q&A and implementation, website portal access for secured client lifestyle plan and legacy planning documents.
Excludes: Investment managers’ sub-advisory fees, mutual fund and ETF expense charges, custodial fees, and transaction costs.
Living Trust Package: Our service package includes a comprehensive set of key components: 1) Revocable Living Trust, 2) Pour-Over Last Will, 3) Durable General Financial Power of Attorney, 4) Durable Health Care Power of Attorney/Proxy (with living will/advance directive and HIPAA waiver), 5) Assignment of Tangible Personal Property, 6) Specific Gift List Form, and 7) One Real Estate Deed.
We will price this to fit client’s particular circumstances. This package may be executed on a “do-it-yourself” basis, an advisor-guided basis by MCM or through a specialty attorney. Each option will be priced accordingly.
Steps 1-3: Understanding Our Client: $9,500
(a) Analysis of your current trust documents through our specialty AI software.
(b) Meetings by Zoom to discover your family needs, goals and aspirations.
(c) Data gathering and input
(d) Initial valuations of your business and/or properties.
(e) Creation of your lifestyle plan.
(f) Projection of your estate tax exposure.
Steps 4-6: Creating Your Legacy Plan
Step 4 / Designing Your Legacy Plan: $7,500
(a) MCM w/our attorneys review all aspects of your client profile from Steps 1-3.
(b) MCM w/our attorneys design your optimal legacy plan (with financial projections) covering both foundational & advanced legacy planning needs.
(c) Client meetings with MCM team as needed.
Step 5 / Documenting Your Legacy Plan: Fees will vary for each plan design. You will pre-approve costs before document work begins. We utilize a cost-effective approach to producing documents.
Step 6 / Activating Your Legacy Plan: Fees will vary for each plan design. Fees may include: (a) IRS qualified valuations for your business, property or other assets, (b) unique residency issues for your state, (c) other costs.
NOTES:
1. As we progress through Steps 1-5, MCM will invoice client for upfront payments. Legal costs will be paid by MCM to our partner law firm on client’s behalf. Step 6 may require that client have a direct billing relationship with our law firm partner.
2. MCM will oversee and quarterback this process from beginning to end to simplify and ease this process for our clients.
