Becky Dengler joined UMB’s Corporate Trust Division in 2001 as vice president for our St. Louis team. Ms. Dengler is responsible for managing a wide portfolio of Corporate Trust Relationships. Her specialties are corporate note transactions, municipal pooled financings, water and sewer system financings, tax increment and tax district financings, environmental trust escrows, and buy/sell escrows.

Prior to joining UMB, Ms. Dengler was employed by State Street Bank for 4 years as a Vice President within its Financial Markets Group. Ms. Dengler was responsible for administering a variety of Corporate Trust deals focusing primarily on pooled loan financings. Prior to her tenure at State Street Bank, Ms. Dengler worked as a Trust Officer and Assistant Vice President with Boatmen’s National Bank in the Corporate Trust Department for 13 years. She brings 40 years of corporate trust experience to the team.

Ms. Dengler has also received the Certified Corporate Trust Specialist (CCTS) designation.
